Treating your partner with disrespect, disgust, condescension, or ridicule.
Example: Mean-spirited sarcasm, mockery, eye-rolling, sneering, or name-calling.
Stonewalling
Withdrawing, shutting down, and physically and emotionally distancing yourself from your partner.
Example: Silent treatment
